Damascus Accuese Israel of air-strikes near the city, Israel is yet to comment.

In another spat between Israel and Arabia, the Syrian army has accused Israel of placing air-strikes near the city. On state television, the Syrian army stated that Israel bomed areas near Damascus International Airport and the town of Dimas. Fortunately, no casualties have been recorded thus far. Israel has carried out several airstrikes in Syria since the Arab Spring in 2011 which Syria sees as direct aggression and Israel flexing it’s strength over a nation in civil war. While Israel does not generally comment on “foreign reports”, it is believed that Israel was thwarting a transfer of weapons between the Syrian army and Hezbollah, a militant group operating in Lebanon.
